Help Keep Happiness Free in 27278!
The Annual River Park Concert is a FREE for everyone event in downtown Hillsborough, NC. The only way we can keep this event free for our community is though the support of our wonderful volunteers. In 2019, we had over 130 local community members volunteer to keep happiness free in 27278!
